2. Booking & Payment

• Final payment schedules will be shared based on the itinerary.
• Prices may vary depending on seasonal changes, availability, or updated vendor costs.

3. Travel Documents

The traveller is responsible for maintaining valid ID proofs, permits, visas, insurance, or certificates required for travel. VoyageAura is not liable for delays resulting from missing documentation.

4. Itinerary Adjustments

We may modify routes, hotels, or experiences due to weather conditions, operational issues, or safety concerns. Any changes will be communicated promptly.

5. Behaviour & Safety

Disruptive or unsafe behaviour that affects other travellers or property may result in removal from the tour without refund.

6. Liability

While we carefully vet all partners, VoyageAura is not responsible for injuries, delays, or losses caused by third-party vendors, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Intellectual Property

All images, branding, itinerary language, and content on this website belong to VoyageAura Travel Studio. They may not be copied, distributed, or reused without consent.
