Refunds & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Client

• 30+ days before travel: 80% refund
• 15–30 days before travel: 50% refund
• 7–14 days before travel: 25% refund
• Less than 7 days: No refund (as most arrangements are prepaid)

2. Non-Refundable Components

The following cannot be refunded once booked:

• Flight tickets
• Visa fees
• Attraction or experience passes
• Special hotel rates or seasonal deals

3. Date Changes

We try our best to accommodate date changes, subject to availability and vendor approval. Additional charges may apply.

4. Cancellation by VoyageAura

If we must cancel due to weather or operational issues, you will be offered:

• A full refund, or
• A rescheduled travel date

5. Refund Timelines

Refunds may take 7–14 working days depending on your payment provider.
